We received a letter dated the 2 December 2015 from the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) which now prohibits our use of 100% New Zealand on our Manuka honey label, there is no question that our honey is 100% New Zealand and there has never been a dispute in respect of this. — Read Article

Our daily routine must factor in sufficient fluid intake to avoid dehydration. One of the symptoms is a swelling tongue, cramps and muscle pain.
