Silberhorn’s online store is a secure environment with an SSL certificate for protecting credit card transactions. We use Payment Express to process all credit card payments please refer to their privacy policy www.paymentexpress.com/privacy-policy for more information.

Our  website is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week except during public holidays where there may be delays.  If you have queries please contact us.

By using this website you indicate that you understand our terms and conditions and have agreed to them.


If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the unopened product to us for a full refund or replacement within 3 months of receiving your purchase. We do not refund opened product so choose carefully and when ordering please specifiy if you have food allergies or are taking medication that may interact with supplements so we can assist you in choosing the product that is right for you.

Please allow at least 14 days for the  refund to be actioned after receiving the product back into our premises. 

Cancelled Orders:

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped Silberhorn will refund your order in full.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return. Orders refused at delivery will not be refunded.

If you receive your parcel and the goods are damaged inside you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.  Silberhorn will advise you how to return the goods to us and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible once we have received the damaged goods.

Shipping Fees are not refundable.

We will process your refund once your goods are received back at Silberhorn.  Once your refund has been processed you will receive an email as confirmation.  If you have paid by cheque or money order, a cheque will be issued to you within seven to fourteen business days from the date your parcel was received.

Delivery in New Zealand

Parcels are sent with NZ Couriers with a track and trace service. Signatures are not required on these parcels.  Signature required is not available for RD and P O Box addresses.  If you require a signature required delivery please advise.

Delivery time is usually overnight on business days but please allow an extra couple of days for rural areas.

In the event your parcel does not arrive within 5 business days of placing the order, please notify us.

Neither NZ Couriers or Silberhorn are liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after an item has been delivered.

International Orders

There are two options available for shipping your goods overseas:

Option 1: Track and Trace service with signature required delivery.

Option 2: International Air, no track and trace service or signature required is available with this option.

All international deliveries are sent using option 1, if for some reason you would prefer Option 2 please make a note on your order form, however using this service your parcel will be sent at your own risk if it goes astray in transit.

Overseas deliveries may take up to 2 weeks for delivery depending on the country.

All international orders will be billed in New Zealand dollars and New Zealand gst will not be charged on these items provided they are sent direct to an overseas destination.

If your order does not arrive within 2 weeks please contact us. 


We will not be held responsible for delays due to customs intervention and will not reimburse if parcels are seized by customs or charges are incurred to clear the goods.  

All products sold are legally available for over the counter sale in New Zealand.

Delivery Times During Busy Periods

During busy periods such as Christmas or when our monthly newsletter goes out there may be extra delays, please don't hesitate to call us if you are concerned or would like an urgent delivery.

Your Privacy

To keep you informed we will retain your name and address on file to send further catalogues.  If you do not wish to receive these please advise us.  We take the privacy of our customers seriously and will never sell or distribute your personal data to a third party

Please Note:

Restrictions and exceptions resulting from New Zealand Copyright laws mean a refund or exchange on a DVD is only available if the product is defective.
