I was getting what I can only guess were peri-menopause symptoms - hot flushes out of the blue lasting for a few minutes and on top of this random incidents of feeling very agitated. My poor husband thought I was going crazy and raging all the time. Something had to be done. I found this product and after only a few weeks taking it don't get hot flushes any more and by husband says I'm not crazy.
