Silberhorn’s online store is a secure environment with an SSL certificate for protecting credit card transactions.
The website is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you have queries please contact us, we have a naturopath available to answer questions.
By using this website you indicate that you understand our terms and conditions and have agreed to them.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the unopened product to us for a full refund or replacement.
Please note the following:
Shipping fees are not refundable
We cannot accept the return of damaged goods
Returns must be made within 60 days
All product prices are advertised in New Zealand dollars
We will process your refund once your goods are received back at Silberhorn. Once your refund has been processed you will receive an email as confirmation. If you have paid by cheque or money order, a cheque will be issued to you within seven to fourteen business days from the date your parcel was received.
Delivery in New Zealand
New Zealand orders are sent with Express Couriers and a track and trace number is provided. Signatures are not required on these parcels. If you require a signature required delivery please advise.
In the event your parcel does not arrive within 2 weeks of placing the order, please notify us.
Delivery Overseas
We use International Airmail for overseas orders, no track and trace is available on this service.
A more expensive traceable service is available with track and trace if required. Please contact us for a quote.
Customs
We will not be held responsible for delays due to customs intervention and will not reimburse if parcels are seized by customs or charges are incurred to clear the goods.
All products sold are legally available for over the counter sale in New Zealand. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the products ordered from this site are legally permitted into their country.
Your Privacy
To keep you informed we will retain your name and address on file to send further catalogues. If you do not wish to receive these please advise us. We take the privacy of our customers seriously and will never sell or distribute your personal data to a third party
Please Note:
Restrictions and exceptions resulting from New Zealand Copyright laws mean a refund or exchange on a DVD is only available if the product is defective.
